Liability for content

The content on our pages was created with the utmost care. We cannot, however, guarantee that the content is accurate, complete, or up-to-date. Under § 7 par. 1 TMG (Telemediengesetz; German Telemedia Act), we, as a service provider, are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with general legislation. Under §§ 8 through 10 TMG, however, we, as a service provider, are not obligated to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to look for circumstances indicating unlawful activity. This provision does not affect our obligations to remove or disable access to information in accordance with general legislation. We can only be held liable in this regard after we learn of a specific legal violation. If we learn of any such violations, we will remove the related content immediately.

Liability for links

Our website contains links to external third-party websites whose content is beyond our control. For that reason, we assume no responsibility for such third-party content. The provider or operator of the linked pages is responsible for the content on the pages in all cases. The linked pages were reviewed for legal violations at the time the links were created. No unlawful content was apparent at the time the links were created. We cannot, however, be reasonably expected to continuously monitor the content of the linked pages without concrete indications of a legal violation. If we learn of any such violations, we will remove the applicable links immediately.

Copyrights, trademark rights

  1. German copyright law governs the content and works created by site operators and presented on these pages. Any reproduction, modification, dissemination, or utilization of any kind outside the bounds of copyright law requires the written consent of the author or creator. Downloads and copies of this website are permitted for private, non-commercial use only.

  2. The brands and trademarks used in this website are the property of the respective rights owners. We do not wish to give the impression that HK Hydraulik is the owner of the trademarks, or is identical to the owners of these rights. The brands and trademarks are only mentioned for the purpose of selling the respective products.

  3. Third-party copyrights are respected wherever the content on this website was not created by the operator. Should any content, or the design of individual pages or parts of this website violate any third-party copyrights or any legal regulations, or give rise to problems in connection with competition law in any other form, then we kindly ask you, referring to § 8 par. 4 UWG, for a reasonable and adequately descriptive quick message without any charges. We guarantee that all passages or parts of this website that are legitimately criticized will be removed or rendered fully compliant with the legal requirements within a reasonable period of time, without any need to involve legal counsel.

  4. Retaining a lawyer to send a cease and desist notice at the expense of the service provider would not reflect their real or assumed objectives und would therefore violate § 13 para. 5 UWG, since the pursuit of irrelevant objectives would be the main motive behind such legal action, especially with the objective of obtaining legal fees as the main motivation. In addition, it would also violate the basic duty to minimize damages. Regarding the content in the provided customer and partner accounts, we claim the liability privileges granted to service providers by § 5 No. 3 TDG and § 11 TDG.
